AS PART OF ANGIES' RTJ PROJECT,ANGIE A IS DID SOMETHING FUNNY FOR RED NOSE DAY/COMIC RELIEF,2013!
"I did something funny for Red Nose Day/ Comic Relief [ 15th March ]. With many folk living in despair in the UK and Africa I'd like to find out more about how money raised is used to help those really struggling. I went to meet one of the Comic Relief team and let them know what I am doing for Red Nose day.
I've penned a fun TOWIE song that I performed on 15th March at my Jazzy Soulful show. There was also be a fun quiz at the show and I offered one to one singing lessons or group workshops. £5 from each individual fee was donated to Red Nose Day.
My Red Nose Day link below has now expired, but donations can be taken from my new Comic Relief JustGiving page here:
Comic Relief say:
"Hi Angie A,
You absolute legend – you've reached your fundraising target".
Sarah Carter at Comic Relief says
Regarding your original giving page? Sadly those were all taken offline at the end of July last year. I can confirm you raised £334 pounds last year.
Thank you so much for being involved in Red Nose Day 13"
A donation as little as £2 can pay for a check up for a child living on the streets in certain parts of Africa...Thank-you so much for those who have donated and helped me reach over my target".
A big Thank-you to all those who have helped me raise 111% of my target at my JustGiving page! Check the link above!
Here I am with some of the crowd at Woodgreen Shopping City on the 4th March,2013! Wow! I could'nt believe the support from da Woodgreen folk! Holding my poster you see Emily from Heartland High School- she sang a lovely harmony on the last few lines of my final song of the day -ONE LOVE and the girls at the back, Victoria, Rihanna,Pamela and another Sistren from St Thomas Moore Girls School danced to Cameo 'Just Like Candy', helping raise even more dosh for Red Nose Day! Thank-you soooo much everyone who came to support. I raised £78, after my expenses I donated £50 to my Comic Relief page. Also a big thank-you to Craig Higgins and Jackie Webb,Management for Woodgreen Shopping City who allowed me to do my promo fundraiser. A massive thank-you also to Karen, part of the Management team, who really looked after me and made sure my space, health and safety and security was sorted.

These have helped raise funds, so thank-you to all those who have booked a 1-1 and group singing workshop. Anne Crew,[ in photo below] a previous member of my singing group, has booked both and had a fantastic song choice which really suited her voice!
